Write it Out

Take a pen and paper and write down all your feelings. Let your mind loose on the page. Try not to hesitate or think about it. Just write down everything you feel, no matter what it is. Be as hysterical and absurd as you want. The purpose is not to document truth but to ventilate emotions. You can destroy the paper once finished but let your thoughts and feelings fly. Keep writing until you feel like you are done. Take as long as you need.

The act of writing your thoughts down can be deeply cathartic. Having them fixed on a page lets your mind properly assess them and then let them go.
